Default 2012 Accord rattling/ sometimes can crushing noise when I hit bumps

As far as I can tell the noise only comes from the driver front wheel well area. I couldn’t find any play or anything worn out in the suspension or steering components. Neither could the mechanic I took it to. Any ideas on what could make the noise? Vehicle has 136,000 miles. I’ve owned it since 60,000 miles and I drive like a grandma most of the time. The noise started about 6 months ago if my memory serves me well. Struts feel good and do not leak. Alignment is spot on (had that checked about a week ago) tires got balanced a week ago when I had both front tires replaced. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks

Check your exhaust heat shields. The one on the exhaust header fails a lot along with the one above the CAT. I'm assuming with the mileage the exhaust has been repaired/replaced at some time? It can make noise..Kinda like a can.

I have not had the exhaust replaced and I don’t of it being replaced before I bought it. I’ll definitely check that out though

Can't remember the exact site but there's a place where you can get a bottle of Don't Worry About It.

Definitly check the exhaust heat shield. That becoming loose over time is a common issue.

Thanks for backin' me Super Fly! I tell ya man everytime one starts in. I just get rid of it...That;s not "exactly" fixing something? But they seem to break ONE corner at a time...The rest are right behind. I've yet to burn a car down and the weight savings alone are worth it! LOL
