Default D16Y8 Help

Hi guys so long story short I had a mechanic manual swap my 98 ex civic couple but he smoked my money away and I had to go pick up my civic with no motor inside of it and my just rebuilt posi diff tranny s40 as well. I have all my parts at home now or at least I think and have no idea what goes where and would like some advice on how to go about this. Im fully capable of completing this original manual swap and need some direction so I can help myself out.

As of right now I do have all 99% of the parts for the manual
swap I think I just need a manual throttle cable and some other little stuff but what I'm asking is how can I make sure I'm putting everything together right with the right screws and bolts where they need to be. I really don't want to mess up my motor or my tranny. Is there something I could reference that would be great.
