Default compression test on civic

Compression test on 04 civic 1.7 starting with #1 I got 140 psi. , 160 psi. , 140 psi. , and 165 psi. any opinions ? This was from a rental tool from napa turned out to be more accurate than the $5** one from some guy on craigs list . Next I'm doing a block test to check for combustion gases in the coolant .

Block test came up negative , so I guess an air pocket made the needle climb after 50 miles , not halfway when he got off the highway and hit a string of traffic lights but just as he was getting to his destination , go figure .
