Hey guys, My names Sean I’m brand new to the forum and my knowledge is limited but I have ideas that I need information and could use a bit of guidance. I have a pair of DA9 Integras which I’m looking to do swaps in as well as completely restomodding both vehicles entirely down to the nuts and bolts. My vision is to to be able to swap a j series possibly and with 6speeds in each vehicle boosting them as well. I understand that by the end of these the engine bays will be tightly jam packed and I’ll have to reinforce suspension components and such due to the added weight and I already have a line on ECUs wiring harnesses etc. for such a build but I need to kinda get an idea fabrication and fitment wise what this difficult build is going to take to achieve? I would really appreciate some feedback...Thank you all in
.
I'm in the process of gathering parts right now, already found a donor car for it, however have been getting mixed reports of using the CL transmission, versus the 04 TL one. There's a lot of articles online on the how however, such as one on hasport which gets you moving. Basically, ekj2 mounts with either make the engine poke through the hood, or sit your oil pan low. Cooling is a bit of a "choose your flavor", however I'm looking at the chase bays radiator and fans, as will as their fuel and clutch line. Shafts are source-able, exhaust would be custom etc etc.
