I have a 2008 Accord LX-P i4 that has the feeling of a slight shudder or rumble through the gas pedal when maintaining speed on the highway. This can mildly be felt through the steering wheel and possible the drivers seat as well. The shudder is not felt at low speeds or when accelerating. Problem does not get worse at higher speeds over 60mph and sometimes is not present. Wheels were recently balanced, wheel bearing and ball joints are all good, brakes are good. Problem has been felt for about 1 year.

Is this signs of a particular issue?

Axles,intermediate shaft, final drive.

Impossible to say with out being present,but Ive found all of the above to cause the symptoms you describe at one point or another.
