Default Civic burning oil

Hello, i have a Honda Civic with a d14a2 engine, with 111 k miles , and its burning todo much oil. I bought the car 1 month ago and did a oil Change on it, and the car Started making a bit of smoke(white), and after a week i noticed the oil level dropped , so i went and added more oil, and after a search on internet i read ir could be the pcv valve . I bought one and um waiting it to come, i also bought last week on off those stop fumes additive and used last week and the car stoped making smoke. But yesterday i was going to make a bigger trip than usual and went tô check the oil , and it didnt have anythin, the stick was dry , so basicaly the car burned more than 1 quart of oil in 160 miles and i added more lol and the car was making a s*** ton of smoke when i added more oil. But the weird thing is the car doesnt smoke all the time, ONLY smokes sometimes, most of the is when im going reverse or when i start moving ( (not making hard pulls just start moving normally) but its not always. When the car is cold it makes 0 smoke. Do you think its the rings? Or could it be the pcv valve?

Sorry for my English. Im from Portugal
Thanks

if it’s white smoke it sounds like you could possibly have a head gasket leak. especially if only doing when hot, block/head will expand with heat.

That much oil consumption means engine needs a rebuild.

Anything over 1 liter per 1500 KM is when Honda replaces or rebuilds an engine.

have you looked down your spark plug holes to verify if oil is on top of the piston?
