I just fully done my civic motor and etc now I lost my title and went to get a new one at motor vehicle but can’t they said last owner had it stolen 18 times since years 2005 to 2017 so it’s coming as savage and scrap does any had a issue with this csuse I just got the body done and painted and etc so I’m lost now
