Default Here's to hoping that I don't have to get a new tranny!!! Please help..

I have a 94 Honda accord automatic 4cylinder, the starter went out so I got another, I got it put on and it was making a grinding noise when u turned it over, I tried to shim it no luck. I just replaced it and problem solved. Well in the process I unhooked some of the wire harness to be able to get to it better not a problem they can only go back together the way they come apart ( I hope). So i got it all hooked back up and drove to the store and In 4th I wanna say it kept trying to down shift, so I just slowed down. Well on the way back It would just go to 4-5 rpms and never shift out of 3rd if I'm hearing it right. I changed the speen position sensor on the tranny and the shift solenoid. Now it is really sluggish on take off any ideas, (please don't say a new transmission!!!)
