Default I pulled the trigger on a $600 1987 Prelude si

So I have a chance to buy an 1987 Prelude si for $700. It leaks oil bit and overheats, likely needs a water pump but it runs and there's no oil in the coolant or vice versa. Seems a solid car otherwise, gauges work and the interior is in good shape considering the age. Much snappier than my CRX HF. Anyhow, I wouldn't need to drive it so I could pull it apart and fix it. Seems like a good price. I know that is the 'bastard' A20 engine that doesn't fit or work with any of the other engines or the associated mods. I know it isn't the best car for modding, obviously, but worst case I could flip it, eh?

Edit:

Well, you are all too late. I bought it for $600 and the guy even trailered it to my house. So now I have a pretty nice vintage sports car to play with. Seems I was mistaken, it needs an oil pump and a coolant hose. Possibly a fuel pressure regulator. All in all not bad for the cost. Guy was just tired of poking at his daughter's car and she didn't want it so, my lucky day.
