Hey guys. Im new to the forum.
I am 20 years old and I bought a bonestock clean civic hatch Ej9 2 months ago as my first car. I always wanted to own one, so it is my first project car and I want to do some solid upgrades. The car does not handle well at all, it understeers( which as I’ve heard is normal in this model) and i need better brakes. So i ll be upgrading brakes (the biggest i can put), suspension(considering kw coilovers), wheels and then lastly put a b series motor in there. I ve just done a few mods in the interior for now. I really could use some help with those upgrades, what do you suggest for those three i mentioned? And what else do i need to change in order for the car to handle properly. Also, is this car really worth it as a 25 year old model? I mean should i invest so much money to this car, will the results be good after all those upgrades or should i wait and invest in a newer one?

Most everything you've asked is pretty subjective (opinion trolling). You have to decide if the car is worth putting money into. You have to decide what direction you want to go.
What this section is for is once you have done your research and made your decisions on directions or if it's worth the time, money and effort and you have specific questions on how to etc. you ask them here.
A general opinion query is not condoned in the tech sections.

What I am asking is if the ek is a good platform for a project car. (Because for example brake upgrades are pretty limited due to 4 lug setup).
As for the handling of the car i want to be able to oversteer if possible.
1) What do i need to do to improve steering, be able to oversteer on my ej9?
2) Which is the biggest brake setup i can put on my ej9?
3) Whats the most value for money option for coilovers for my ej9 ?
