Hi I have a 98 2.3 accord which the unlock remote isn’t programmed. Well the instructions say all doir must be closed. My problem is that while the car is on no door lights on dash turn on(front driver/passenger door & trunk) i attached a picture of the issue. Hoping someone could help or seen before, maybe a bad relay?

 

Update:

Took dash out replaced check engine bulb(was out) and inspected the board for any burnt/exploded capacitor or any other components and found out the dashboard was replaced with a coupes instrument cluster also probably a manual one.( ill attach images of bulbs under face plate) visiting local junk yard next
