obd2a and obd2b are different, that is your problem. You need to

a) get the correct ex harness from a 2000 civic ex 5spd

b) use your original harness and reroute wires and add vtect wires.

you have other things you'll need to do as well so please consult the 5spd swap thread. Should be located in the FAQ section.

my choice would be (b) so i can take the original automatic ecu to converse it to manuel 5spd vtec by adding wires to the harness i have in the car? i have to change location of some wires in the harness is that it.. do you have an idea witch plugs in the harness .. like what figure i should be related to please i dont know i should figured out

so adapt my motor for obd2B instead of adapt my car to obd2A relocate B6,B15, B23 change the 3wire iac plug for a 2 wire and add vtec pressure switch plus solenoide wire, and is the knock sensor on my 4th plug as the automatic configuration has a couple wires i could use.. i could ask the dealer for that i guess but i think u guyz are more specialist then them loll

so my iac from automatic as 3 wire i have to take the iac and cut the orange wire change the plug for a 2 wire plug also relocate B6, B15 and B23 then add the 2 wires for vtec pressure switch and vtec solenoide... is the knock sensor on my 4th plug or i have to do a new wire too
