Default Did I just fry my ECM??

Was having VTEC probs, ran a couple overlay wires (something going on with harness, there was a short). Took it for a drive and still had P1259. I thought maybe it was a ground issue...

I took grounds off and cleaned them up with a wire brush and re-attached... But I probably should have disconnected the battery first.

Now the car is throwing all kinds of codes and won't start. D light is flashing. It's getting like weird IAT codes and **** like that, stuff it never had before... It was running perfectly (except for VTEC issue) 10 minutes ago...

Has these codes:
P0118
P0113
P1259
P1768

I can clear them but then they come right back.

Any advice would be appreciated :-)

Maybe due to a blown fuse.

What year, model, and trim level vehicle?
