I just bought this car and when I start the car it randomly dies. I connected a OBII scanner and I get a error code p0098 can this actually cause the car to do this ? Also I tried replacing my tires and removed all the bolts but the it won’t come off the car ? Feels like it’s stuck. Any help will be appreciated it and sorry for the newbie questions

 

It should be under warranty why not take it to the dealership for the code . On the wheels bang on the tire with a closed fist and they should come off .
