Default Please help to locate relay in fuse box | Accord 2010 V6

Hi everyone, I'm having a hard time to understand which relay is for windshield wipers. Please check an image.

The green line means I was able to cross-reference elements with diagram. I'm looking for 30A Wiper Motor one. There is a plastic bar with numbers on it (30/30/30/30 etc) but I can't understand what that means. Someone knowledgeable, please advise! thank you!

Looks like there's fuses under that plastic bar , the larger boxes are relays and I guess you go by the pics that are on the diagram , lights , radiator fan , horn etc. Seems they could have been a little more clearer .

Multi-Fuse 3 is a combined fuse (also called a special fuse by Honda).

The Windshield Wiper Relay, Intermittent Wiper Relay, and Windshield Wiper High/Low Relay are part of a relay circuit board; they are solid state relays. It is located where I marked it; that relay circuit board is separately replaceable.

Removal and inspection of the combined fuse is shown as part of the owner's manual.

You may be able to partially inspect through the clear plastic without removing it. However, removing it gives better inspection. The one bolt needs to be remove first before pulling it out.

Also check driver's under-dash Fuse No. 3 (15A), Fuse No. 4 (7.5A), and Fuse No. 5 (7.5A). They are all part of the wiper circuit. The wiper/washer system is part of the multiplex integrated control system. The Driver’s MICU, Passenger’s MICU, and the Wiper/Washer Switch are the main operation controls of the wiper/washer system.

Oh...I see. So it seems to be even more complicated than I expected. Thank you for replies!

The issue I'm having is that when I turn off wipers - they will stop after about 30 seconds in a random location. Or they will not park all the way down. Like...they go down and then back up a little bit. I was thinking its a bad relay that could be easily replaced...Any ideas what it could be?
