Brought home an 09 ruckus no start had fuel and spark. Pulled valve cover to adjust valve and found cam was not turning. Both cam sprocket bolts were broken off. Was able to get bolts out of cam with screw driver. Removed cam found no damage to shaft itself but rocker arm was broken. Removed cylinder head and no signs of valve contacting piston. Can open and close valves by hand. What are the chances of them being bent? Should I replace bolts and rocker and re-time?

 

You’re better than i am. I would have gone nuts trying to get those bolts out.
