Default 98 Prelude immobilizer

Ok I was at a junkyard and lost my keys to my 98 Prelude. I found a 01 Prelude, can I just replace the ecu and ignition to fix the problem? Or is there more to it then that. My Prelude only has 150k miles, the Preludeim looking at has 250k miles and bad tranny for $1,200.

If its more complicated then just replacing the ecu and ignition, can you give detailed Parts I will need to replace. Thank you and I'm sorry if a thred has already been made on this. But I'm in a panic because no red key for my car and they discontinued my model of parts I need to fix. No dealership can even help with tittle in hand.

All of the following have to be from the same exact car.

- Ignition switch, immobilizer still intact
- Ecu
- Key with transponder chip inside.
