anybody see this oil ring spacer problem?

Default anybody see this oil ring spacer problem?

Why the spacer bigger than the piston and it cannot hide in groove, Do I need to cut off?

looks like you got the wrong size piston rings....

the spacer should be compressed by the oil ring. Thanks!
