I finally lowered my Integra this week. I lowered it on H&R sport springs and I am very happy on how it turned out. It got rid of the 4 finger gap and got rid of the horrible body roll. Overall the h&r sport springs are amazing. Specially if it is for a daily driven car.
Here are a few pictures and also the video of the install.
I installed H&R Sports on Koni shocks on my GSR way back almost 18 years ago. Back then I thought they were too soft for how much they lowered the car. Maybe they're different now.
I can vouch for that! Just make sure you get a subframe brace, too
Yep, I did the Ye Olde "BSQ" kit way, way (way) back in the day and then replaced that with the Beaks kit a few years later. Beaks has been on there 12, 13, maybe 14 years or something.

I did the bsq kit just a few months ago lol. Eventually I'll replace the entire subframe with an ITR unit

say what? Is that even still available? The little kit with a couple plates, washers and spacers. Or you mean the Beaks kit with the gold machined aluminum pieces?
Thanks for all the input guys. I love a car that handles great, use to have a 04 MINI Cooper S and the upgraded rear sway bar on that was amazing. I do have a 95 civic too which is more of my project/fun car.
My 95 Civic has the ASR subframe brace, the just a Integra ls rear sway that i picked up from the junk yard for now.
