Default B18c1 swap into 1996 DC2

I’ve looked but just a quick question and maybe a few links if you guys can.
what harness should I use.
i have a chipped p28 - what harness jumper do
i need
also have a jdm p72
skunk2 pro intake
have access to odb1 or odb2 distributor and Altenator.

Ask me some questions. The car won’t start.

Use your stock wiring harness and add wiring for vtec.

Use an OBD2a to OBD1 jumper adapter

If possible, use obd2 distributor and alternator.
