Default 1998 civic d16y7 wont start

My car is completely stock. Hes a little back story. It broke a timing belt a little while ago and bent a valve. So I pull a d16y7 head at a salvage yard and installed it when I replaced the timing belt. It would start and run but start up was a little rough so I replaced all the ignition components. Spark plugs, wires and distributor. Still rough so I took a look at timing and the crankshaft was off by a couple teeth so I moved it back and replaced the crankshaft position sensor while I was there and re installed everything. It fired up perfect and ran great on a test drive. I then parked it around 15 or so minutes later went to restart it and it wont start. It cranks but wont fire up. So I pulled it apart and everything on the timing side looks fine. Any idea what could be going on now? Thanks for whatever help you can

Loose or corroded engine harness ground... check all engine grounds in general. Bad ignition coil.

Also check for spark and listen for whether the fuel pump primes.
