Hello folks,

my Civic 2004 1.6L (266K) has starting problems:
- Takes more time to turn on (5-6 sec)
- I try 3-4 times then it starts, the very first moment when it starts, the engine looks like is stalling then it works
- Once the engine is on, no sign of faulty parts, everything works fine as usually
- Looks easier to start when I turn on/off the dashboard several times (key in first position)
- Looks a bit easier to start again after I turn off the engine

* First time ever I got this problem
* Never changed alternator/starter

+ no signs of faulty battery/dynamo/alternator or else on dashboard
+ fuel pump (80K) works fine
+ sparks and plugs (20K), filters OK
+ new battery
