Default 2008 V-6 Coupe Tires

Need a new set of 4 for 2008 Accord Coupe V-6. 235/45/18 sporty but decent grip (Ohio) and lower road noise.

TIA

Are you looking for summer performance rubber, performance all-season rubber, or relatively long lasting all-season rubber?

In order of "Sporty" and in reverse order of long-lasting:
  1. Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3+
  2. Continental ExtremeContact DWS 06
  3. Pirelli Cisnturato P7 All-Season Plus

I am currently running Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3+. Had Continental ExtremeContact DWS 06 prior to the Michelins. My personal opinion is the Michelins wins both "sportier" all-season and longer-lasting than the Continentals. I would probably replace with Michelins again.

I had the exact opposite experience, that and the Michelin's got pretty noisy after 20,000 miles.

On my Continentals, I got 43,000+ miles before replacement. I mainly drive freeway and drive on average around 20,000 miles annually.

Currently, have over 33,000+ miles on the Michelins. Appears to have more thread left than the Continentals at around the same mileage. Slightly higher road noise compared to when the Michelins were new.

Then there are the Pirellis; they are definitely a bit softer than the other two, but wow, the mileage is crazy; I've got well over 30,000 miles on them and they still look new. I'm betting an easy 60,000 to 70,000 miles.
