Default 2001 civic timing belt metallic grinding

I have a 2001 civic and I have removed all accessory belts and it still has what sounds like a bad bearing or some type of metallic grinding noise. I had the timing belt replaced a year ago with “import direct” brand components( water pump and tensioner and belt) the harmonic balancer has the slightest bit of slack on it when I move it with my hand. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions before I get too deep and still don’t find it

here is a video. The noise is heard when the video shows under the car by the crank pulley
