i followed all the diy on the wiring for the electric power steering pump. found on the internett forums from k20.org org and hondatech, as well as other forums. for some reason this pump blows out my rack in the same place both times. i have even purchased another oem rack and still the same issue happens. the pump blows out the connector that goes into the rack on the right side where the part number stamp is on a 08 tsx 6speed

Pressure regulator on the pump stuck?

 

it very well might be how do i check that? i also bought a new pump. from toyota so i hope its just a unlucky bad pump. is there a way i can confirm this? what is the voltage of the speed sensor range the pump runs on i cant seem to find the info

 

UPDATE: I HAVE REPLACE THE pump with a new pump, and a new rack and it still leaks in the exact same spot!! any help would be appreciated!!
