Can anyone tell me what kind of transmission this is. Have been searching and havnt gotten a clear answer to what the A5D means if anything.

 

b series hydro found in integras. came with an optional LSD. was either in the b18b1 or b18c engines. Also you look at the barcode tag. the S80 is what you search.

 

Thanks. Without opening it up, is there another way to tell if it is the LSD

 

if you look into the hole where the front axle would slide into the trans. If you can see to the other side like theres nothing blocking your view then its lsd. If you see a bar or a circular roll pin blocking the view then its non lsd.

A5D is an LS transmission. It does not have LSD.
