1996 Honda Accord EX Sedan 5MT

Since i have owned this car (5 months) i haven't been able to install my Sony double din because it is not sending any power to it, 12V (Cigarette Lighter) has no power going to it either , The Clock powers on but it never holds memory, it resets every time i start up the car, i'm guessing these three all related. I checked all the fuses and they were fine but i still replaced the Radio&12V fuse and the Backup Radio fuse. Nothing seems to work , has anybody else experience this and can help?, Thank you. Please let me know if didn't check something specific

 

Did you check the fuse under the hood on the passenger side? That's where the radio fuse is

 

Yep i check those , I mentioned it in the post. Both fuses were good but i replaced both of them anyway.

 

has there been an aftermarket radio installed previously? wiring might be hacked up.

 

Nope when I got the car there was no radio or head unit installed at all. Someone recently told me to check the relays, thats my next move.
