Default Harmonic Balancer question with a 91 Prelude

I have a 91 prelude that need the harmonic balancer replaced.
I also have a 97 accord.

can these parts be interchangeable with each other?

can I use the same part from my accord and put it on my prelude??

It does not appear they are interchangeable. The parts numbers are different and not listed as for fitment between the two models and years. In addition, the parts appearance is distinguishable.

A 91 Prelude should have a B20A type motor where the 97 Prelude should have a H22A type motor.. I would assume these two different series engines would not share the same crank harmonic balancer.
