I replaced my ac core valve, drained some Freon
I charged the low pressure but it as not cold air??

 

Is your condenser fan running when AC is on? No cool air without that fan blowing away heat.

Is your compressor in good shape?

When you added the refrigerant, did you monitor the pressures to get it right?

If I were you, I would have the whole system checked. Too complicated a system to piecemeal it.
