Default Suspension

Alrighty, so I have a question, I'm looking to do my suspension on my 01 accord 2.3l F23A1

I was told to go with tein coil overs, I'm not looking to build a race car, but I am looking to build a semi racecar. as in it looks nice and has handling. so my question is after then coil overs, what's the best brand of assembly kit to go with as in, ball joints, control arms, struts etc. the only ones I can find are on eBay, I'll send a link so you guys know what I'm talking about. I'm just trying to give my car a nicer look and ride, and have a little fun when I want too.

just wondering what brand for that setup is nicest and the best bang for my buck.

You are always better using OEM Honda for things like that.

Yeah OEM will be unmatched for quality. That being said, Moog parts tend to be the next best thing and are pretty inexpensive. Some parts too you are better off just buying the whole new piece with the balljoints, etc already installed, instead of dealing with pressing out old bushings, and pressing new ones in. The ones that I would definitely replace are the front lower balljoints, as they risk separating as they get older. Not something you want to happen while you are driving. Rock Auto is a great place to shop replacement parts.

The Tein coilovers will be great for what you want. Definitely an upgrade over stock, without being too stiff of a ride or uncomfortable. You can always further increase your handling by installing an aftermarket set of sway bars to further supplement the coilovers. And also, a good grippy tire is the biggest factor in increasing the handling of a car.
