I want to swap the motor to 125cc can it be done ?

 

I'm not too familiar with Icebear trike frames, but yours has engine mounts for 50cc bottom mount engines. 125cc-150cc tend to have engine mounts on the top of the motor.
You would need to weld on a custom made mount or maybe look into buying a new rear section that was designed for a 125cc-150cc top mount motor. None of the Ruckus mounts would work on your frame. Trikes are becoming popular now, try an Icebear trike forum for more info.
