Default Assistance Needed: GS-R "wet" spark plugs in engine.

Car is 1994 Integra gsr. Starts runs and drives great but every couple of days it's soaking the plugs on startup. I originally thought it was fuel but seems like it's just water. Has almost no smell. I assume headgasket but not totally sure. I find it strange that all 4 plugs are wet. Car doesn't smoke or overheat? Any advice is much appreciated.

Finally getting to this project. Any ideas before I pull the head? I have a hard time thinking it's the head gasket as there is no overheating, no coolant in the oil, and no oil on the coolant.
