Since I never got around to finding out whether my JDM Del Sol has a limited-slip, and am now looking to sell the car, I was curious as to whether this door sticker provides the information.
I'm guessing since it's isolated in red (and because 4WD is listed), it means it doesn't have these options? Which doesn't make a lot of sense as a sticker, so... other ideas?
That sticker tells what kind of tires to use and the pressure. Using Google Translate on the bottom part suggests that it recommends only one kind of tire should be used if the car has ABS, LSD, or 4WD.
To tell if a front drive 4x2 car has LSD, put the transmission in neutral and jack up one side to lift one (only one) front wheel off the ground. If you can then spin the wheel by hand it is a standard differential not LSD.
Ah, why didn't I think of Google Translate? So yeah, it's saying "don't use the emergency tire if your car has ABS, LSD, or 4WD". Now it makes sense. Appreciate the feedback.
