Im from the Philippines and I have a 1998 Honda Civic Lxi MT. The ECU is a JDM 37820-p76-902 AT. I need help on how to convert it to MT? So the code 19 will be deleted? What resistors need to be removed if necessary. Im a newbie and would appreciate all the help.

That ECU version has surface mount type technology and is unlike what you have been reading about with respect to simply "cutting" a couple of resistors/diodes in automatic OBD-1 style USDM ECU's. You need to find a manual ECU version.
