Just relocated from AZ to RI and have to get this thing registered and inspected

naturally, now is when everything should start breaking down. The engine seems strong, so I’ll take that.

heres a list of what would prevent me from passing inspection:

• air bag light (previously in an accident and van was fixed but light stays on)
• ABS light (this came on with the TPMS and VSA lights after I replaced the front drivers side axle)
• drivers side headlamp (neither the low or high beam work, I replaced the bulbs and the harness, can’t get it to work)
• horn (sounds like a dying animal. Very very quiet but can still faintly head)

does anyone have any ideas? I’m not a mechanic, no formal training, what I know I picked up from my father in law. I’ve googled and have found a way to possibly reset the air bag light but I’m not coming up with much for the rest of the issues. My truck is in the shop right now for some serious transmission and starting issues and I’m just not in a place to put this thing in there too.
