Default Honda VSS

In looking around various web sites, I was comparing part numbers for the VSS for the 94-97 Accord, the 95-98 Odyssey, and the 97-99 Acura CL. It seems that in 98, Honda changed to the new transmission across all product lines. And of course went to the H23A series of motors as well. All Accords 94-97 carry the same VSS. All Odysseys 95-97 carry the same VSS. But they do not have the same part number as the Accords. I am looking to see what will interchange, and also wondering what is different about them. The 97 Acura has a different number, but it was only for one year, and hard to find. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

What car do you have..easiest way to look up what exact part your car came with is to go to hondapartsnow.com or similar site and put your VIN and search what part you need..

That's not the information I am looking for. And also, that's where I found the differences in numbers.
