Exedy...
I was going to go ITR but why pay the $$$ when $265 gets you a good clutch:

My Exedy clutch has held up great im my race cars. I doubt you can beat it for the price. The ITR clutch gives up a good deal in holding power and then applies that loss back in its price.
I'll be needing a new clutch soon (still using stock), I was looking at the Exedy flywheel and clutch combo from coximport.com or Exedy clutch and ITR factory flywheel. No experience with either though.

I see a lot of great posts about the exedy but if they are so good and can handle a good amount of power why do some opt for an ACT for $200+?
I have the ITR flywheel and the Exedy Organic... I had a stock (18lb) flywheel and going down to the 15lb Type R flywheel was a good choice. I still have stock drivability, and there is a much nicer feel to shifting, especially when rowing through gears up and down hills. Car feels noticeably quicker from 0-60.
I did have to adjust the pedal linkage to make the engagement work correctly. Follow those instructions that come w/ the clutch.

Because ACT has better marketting.

they offered free shipping on my brakes and got the order right both times.
the guy that owns that company is on this board.
he can tell you a couple of reasons why you should go with the exedy over the
ACT.
ACT HD PP/SS disc.... I think that it is awesome. I got a good price and it feels great. Smooth engagement, excelent holding power and grip, a good feel. I have absolutely no complaints and would recommend it to anyone buying a clutch for a relatively stock to mildly modded Integra. Just my opinion.
