The bike is sitting level on a block. The rear tire cocked to the side and there is irregular wear.

Again bike is level Front tire is off set

I need help figuring out what’s going on with the wheel alignment

The front wheel is supposed to look that way. It looks centered in the pictures and comes from the factory like that.
The problem with the rear wheel could be a few things.
1. The engine mount has failed or become loose on the left hand side.
2. The bushings on the engine that connect to the engine mount are bad on the left hand side.
3. The mounts holding the bushings on the engine have snapped or cracked on the left hand side.
Your bike is not safe to ride!
Post some pictures of the left side of your bike in the area of the engine.
