My car idles low as it is and I know I have to clean the throttle body. IACV and water pump was already replaced.

The issue i have is when the AC is on and I put the car in neutral to come to a stop, I notice my rpm goes up and down 3-4 times until it stabilizes.

Its a short clip and the only clear shot I was able to take. I have attached the video to get a better understanding. I知 not very good with cars but I知 going to try to fix this myself with ideas. Where do you guys think I should start at?

Bleed the cooling system and then adjust idle speed.

Someone else said something about the Electronic load detector? Idk So far I知 having a really hard time finding that part lol. I知 going to test the alternator as well as clean the throttle body. It still idles pretty low even when the air isn稚 on.

Thanks again. I saw that online but I didn稚 know that the 96-00 part was compatible with the 94. I値l have to do more research.
