Default Check engine light overnight

A couple of days ago I was fixing up my EG hatch in my garage. I pulled it in and started working on it but didn't finish on it till the next day. The next day I turn my key and see that the check engine light wont go off and when I plug in my laptop to my s300v3 it shows a ton of corrupt values like the tps being negative and engine coolant and intake temps being 302. Not sure what I did to cause this, I already checked all the fuses, went over most of the solder joints, and fiddled with the board position a ton. All I can conclude is the back rear led (D4) says solid green during start-up, the led by the USB connector (D2) turns green briefly then turns off, and when I connect my PC it begins to flash red.
