Default 2003 honda civic cranks but won't start

I have a 2003 civic that is not starting. Cracks just fine, I have replaced the timing belt and crank sensor. When you try and start it it will try and start so it goes miss, miss, miss miss hit miss... It has spark but it won't run off fuel being dumped down the intake so I think the fuel system is working properly. I can hear the fuel pump priming. This car is starting to **** me off so if anybody has any ideas it would be a huge help

Update. I have replaced the crank sensor, timing belt map sensor and throttle body and it still won't start. If I hold the pedal down all the way it will run for about 10 seconds very poorly. Im 95% sure its only running on one cylinder because there is only one tube that is getting warm when it tries to run. I disconnected the fuel line and some fuel sprayed out of it and I can hear all the injectors ticking. All the plugs are sparking. I haven't done a compression test yet but I'm going to do that next

Yes check compression and do a leak down test for a failed head gasket as these engines are notorious for them.

I did a compression test and it tested okay. I have since figured out the problem. I unplugged each plug from the ecm one at a time and tried to start it and on the 3rd plug it started right up. Plugged it back in and it kept running. So I guess it was just a dirty connector
