Default Dies on acceleration

So I have a 2003 Honda Civic ex coupe with VTech I recently had my alternator die on me, I replaced it. On my way home the car had 0 power when going up hills but would do fine in flat areas I then had my head gasket go in the same day, it has now been replaced along with the timing belt sense I was in there. But still having the issue of no power I am 100% sure it isn't timing. The car dies when I even try to pull it out of the driveway. Doesn't start unless it has wide open throttle I have checked for vacuum leaks to no avail cleaned the maf sensor and I still can't figure out what is wrong. I have no idea where to go from here

Maybe the PCM is fried due to the failed alternator, if the alternator grounding bracket was loose?
