1991 Honda accord ex sputtering and rpms revving up n down
My check engine light comes on after 10mins or so driving it. Why? and codes were 12 n 17 egr system and vss vehicle speed sensor I connected a unplugged vacuum line and reset check engine light and now just 12 is coming up and already checked egr valve itself and not it what would it be? And car sputters like it's bad gas and while in park an neutral car revs to 2000 and back down...? What does the red line vacuum hose go to? And i seen on same car this capped off? What do i do?
