Default Radiator Wiring for 94 Civic EX needed

Hello I have a 94 honda civic ex my fans didn't seem to kick on so for the time being I have them wired to a toggle switch due to over heating usually it's when I'm idling too long , Is there a better way to wire it so that the fans come on when car is started or maybe a list of parts I need to fix the issue ?

Do you have a copy of the factory service manual (FSM)? The radiator fan circuit is pretty simple, and the FSM has a step-by-step process for determining faults within the circuit. If you don't have the FSM, you should be able to find a place to get it online with a little bit of searching.
