Default Aftermarket friction plate + stock pressure plate

My friend wants to sell me a puck only for the ITR. Has anyone tried using an aftermarket friction plate with a stock pressure plate? If so how did it perform?

Thanks!

Eric

I would tend to beleive that a stronger pressure plate is required for a puck type friction disc to work properly. The puck friction disc as a lot less surface area with which to transfer power and must require a larger pressure force.
