OBD1 , i have a 1993 honda civic eg coupe, i had swap b16a into it , all plugs wired up to the right spots , starter works , new battery ,new distrbutor, i dont know why theres no power going to the distrbutor, i turn key on the first slot dash lights up, tthen i turn the key to the starting positon car just cranks (wanting to start but doesnt) at this point i looked everything over and i cant figure it out i need a honda SPECIALIST!

 

Possibly a broken Blk/Yel from dash fuse box to the distributor or bad fuse box. Check with a multimeter.
