So i noticed a rust spot directly above the front passenger wheel, i did try to post a picture but it wouldnt let me for some reason. its not on the arch its on a seperate pannel thats up at the back of the arch. I am not sure what the pannel is called if anyone knows what i mean, can this be welded and is this classed as structural for the mot?
