Default f23a code p1361

I have a 98 accord and i got code p1361. Im trying to find the TDC sensor online and i cant find anything on it. Aswell, a friend thats a mechanic said that its the camshaft sensor since it does not drive since its not producing power and its backfiring. Im at a lost right now and need to get the car fixed. Im super confused.

The crank position and tdc sensors are located behind the crank pulley and sorta under/behind the timing belt. So the pulley, plastic belt covers, timing belt, etc needs to be removed to replace the senors.

Go here to trouble shoot before deciding to rip it apart.

The important point is step 5, measure the sensor resistance to see if its shorted or open. Have fun...
