I have a 1990 integra with a B20b swap and just recently my fuse 23 started blowing and I have replaced it like 4 times. Sometimes it will work and last a little while and sometimes it blows pretty quickly. I thought it was some shorted out headunit wires but I cleaned them all up and the problem still persists. What are some other things I can check and where to check them? It would be pretty nice to have my blinkers and RPM gauge working consistently. I also notice I think it happens more often the hotter it is outside

 

Check all the wires on the engine harness to see if they are touching any metal surface, sometimes the 02 sensor wires even in the sleeve will touch the header heat shield and cause a short. Look for any potential shorts.

 

Did This problem end up getting solved? I have the same issue and same b20b swap. I replace the fuse and it works till I hit my clutch to put in gear and then fuse blows. Same fuse #23
