Icon7 Fat guy variator tuning

Hey guys, very new to this community and I'm looking for some help tuning my newly upgraded 2014 Honda Ruckus. I went with the polini variator, carb jets, velocity stack intake, NCY cdi box, and yoshi exhaust to get my scooter up to speed. Right now I have the Dr. Pulley slider weights in the variator that came with my kit. I'm about 6'2" and weight about 260 lbs so I'm kinda heavy for the ruckus but I want to get as much out of it as I can. What would the best weight setup for a guy of my build with the mods I have? Thanks in advance for any help you guys can give!

I'm here for info also. I'm 6'2 220lbs. I have gotten mine to 40mph but I'm sure the motor and variator is stock. I have a few bolt on mods but I would love to get some better get up and go

First let me say there is no simple answer. Get a tachometer, the rev range is important to tuning. From there it's just trial and error using different weights. 4.5-6g seems to be the window.
You can mix the weights also to fine tune your setup. Example: use three 5g weights with three 5.5g weights but make sure they are placed staggered in the variator.(5g, 5.5g, 5g, 5.5g, 5g, 5.5g)
Some people have opted for a bigger carb (PC20) but I have no personal experience with that. My Get engine did 47mph(I was 6' 180lbs) with a similar setup to Tim's, using 5.5g weights.
Also, replace the stock tires with some Michelin Boppers.

I'm here for the suggestions as I'm about your size as well.
